    Each piston has the same number -L-5 Model -Inspection Record -Lyre -case -Guarantee card -Olds 3 mouthpiece Tri-Color, beautiful combination of Bronze, Nickel Silver and Brass. The Special combines traditional Olds craftsmanship and attention to construction detail with a breadth of tone, flexibility, and power which to explore the full, singing range of the cornet. The "continuous flow air column" construction - compact but comfortable - is enhanced by the beautiful combination of bronze, nickel silver and brass. Lighting fast valve action, medium large bore, "spectrum tone" bell and body, functional bracing combining strength with less weight, unusual balance and comfort.

    valves and slides move smoothly and lightly, very good compression

    no dents, no dings, lacquer finish: about 60% remains, lacquer has: scratches, discoloration, loss, instrument has not been repaired
