This is one of Kim’s ‘most-in-demand’ style charm/treasure necklace's & is literally filled with all kinds of Butterfly/Dragonfly treasures!
It’s definitely obvious that Kim poured all her love into this!
There is nothing dainty about this & if your one who loves "Over-the Top/Statement" style jewelry,then you'll love this one! It is literally
filled
with a generous amount of large size stone/sterling pendants & so much more, that it may take a few days to see whats all in it!
Weighing in at 14.6 Ounces,this is a multi 3 strand statement style necklace that is designed with an assorted springtime array of southwest charm & has a generous display of mostly butterflies,with accents of dragonflies in the design.All the large dangling sterling 'charms' are all strung onto old white heart red trade beads & is strung in graduated lengths..This incredible necklace has many semi precious stones that contributes to it's wondrous beauty & has lots of butterflies & dragonflies in between!!
The
huge
center turquoise butterfly is a conversational piece in itself & plays a major role in the design..It is made by Navajo artist Dean Sandoval whose work has maintained a traditional Navajo look in all he makes..Dean chose Kingman turquoise for it that has lots of character..All the butterflies that have lots of sterling around them are also made by Dean,while the dragonflies of all stone are designed by Santa Fe's Dan Dodson.  (All are hallmarked)These larger size charm/pendants sit in between a multitude of other colored stone shapes,carved stone butterflies,sterling pieces,faceted gems,plus more..
Kim designs her own 'bales' for the pendants that are made of semi precious round colored beads,(See photos) that are then strung to the white heart beads.(see photos)All of the larger charms are designed this way.
The middle strand is also designed to not have anything strung in the center area (see photo 6) , so that the charms on the most inner strand will cover the emptiness of the strand with the charms of the shortest strand.The 3 strands end with a one strand finale of 12 mm green colored  beads.
It is given a 3" wearable extender,so you can add or eliminate length if you choose.A hand carved agate butterfly drop is used at the end of the extender.
It's an extremely hearty necklace & there is a generous amount of materials.. It's truly a 'over the top' true statement piece!

To give you close ups,items tend to look much more larger & 10 X's more magnified than in actuality.Close up's make the item look so large & then you get the item in hand & you are shocked since they are much smaller than imagined.So to get a accurate idea of how big this is,please get a tape measure & compare to my given measurements.
