Trumpet + Mouthpiece + Case + Old songbook
I am not the original owner of the instrument and I know hardly anything about trumpets! Has a lot of wear and is dented towards the back. Valves do not stick and mouthpiece can be easily removed. I took band years ago but was a percussionist, I was still able to make some solid noise out of it though so it does work! Please note it does have a vintage-y smell, I'd recommend a good cleaning if you know how to do it properly.
